Learn new ways to perform optimally that are fun and challenging for every level. All levels will enjoy- beginner to seasoned athlete- you’ll be challenged in a way that encourages growth both physically and mentally. You’ll be surprised with all the different options you have with your body to increase your metabolic rate, build strength, endurance, and cardiovascular fitness.
We design ALL our workouts to be accessible and effective for all fitness levels and abilities.
In this class, you will: Engage in a series of dynamic body weight exercises targeting major muscle groups and you’ll try new things (this is good for your brain too!). Experience the benefits of functional training as you’ll start to improve your ability to perform everyday activities with ease and confidence. Challenge your strength and endurance with interval training, circuit-style and other ever-changing (ADHD friendly) workouts to keep you engaged and entertained while moving. Learn proper form and technique to safely and effectively perform each exercise, with options for modifications and progressions to suit individual needs. Enjoy a supportive and motivating atmosphere that encourages you to push past your limits and reach new levels of fitness. All while even having a little fun. Mobility & Muscles

In this class, you will: Explore a variety of mobility drills and dynamic stretches to increase joint mobility and reduce tension and stiffness. Engage in functional movements that target key muscle groups, including the core, hips, shoulders, and legs. Specifically target the areas of the body that are affected by sitting all day. We fight the computer hunchback each session Learn proper alignment and technique to prevent injury and maximize effectiveness. Enhance proprioception and body awareness through mindful movement practices.

Explore "secret core" activities with lots of Pilates undertones that emphasize balance, control, and precision to effectively engage deep core muscles. Yes! If you're registered but can't attend live, we'll send you a replay link the following morning, which will be available for one week.
You'll need a mat (floor access), water, comfortable activewear, and a smile! 😀
Core Galore and Muscles & Mobility classes don't require shoes.
Occasionally, we may use a chair, wall, or other accessible props.
No additional workout equipment is required, though you can add any for a personal touch.
Classes are released monthly, so you can sign up each month as it becomes available, allowing you to choose a schedule that works best for you.
It depends. Generally, we do not hold classes during school holidays. However, it depends on the specific day and whether administrative staff are working. Our monthly schedule is updated regularly, so please reach out with any questions.
Our classes are designed for all fitness levels! Each session includes modifications and progessions to suit everyone, from beginners to advanced participants.
Absolutely! Feel free to join multiple classes to vary your workout.
The 1:30 and 1:50 Core Galore classes are the same workout, but you're welcome to join both if you'd like back-to-back sessions.
No, these classes are fully funded by the district and free for all DPS employees. Just be sure to register with your DPS email for access.
New classes are released around the 1st of each month, providing the schedule for the following month.
For example, February's classes will open for registration around January 1st.
