With a background in performance psychology and health promotion, Saara helps clients make long-term changes that stick — without toxic diet culture, hustle shame, or boring, one-size-fits-all advice. Her approach is science-backed, results-driven, and designed for real humans with real lives (and often, really fast brains).
A former Division I scholarship diver turned Olympic alternate for the Finnish National Team, Saara knows what it means to chase big goals, handle heartbreak, and bounce back stronger. She’s coached divers of all levels across three countries for over 15 years, worked alongside Olympic coaches and athletes, and brings that same elite performance lens to her coaching today.

Saara holds a BS in Kinesiology and Health Promotion, a Master’s in Sport and Exercise Psychology, and a PhD in Sports Psychology, where she researched motivation, emotional regulation, and optimal performance states across cultures. She’s also sat on the Colorado Governor’s Council for Active and Healthy Lifestyles for two terms, advocating for whole-human health at scale.
That superpowered ADHD brain of hers brings contagious energy, deep empathy, and endless innovation to her coaching and consulting work. Whether she’s training CEOs, teaching people how to motivate themselves to do hard things, or helping ADHDers learn how to outsmart their own brains — Saara is here for it.
In her free time she enjoys home renovation, any sort of movement, crafting, and exploring all that Colorado has to offer with her two boxers and her husband, or organizing her cupboards instead of finishing that one email......
